Bottle held up very nicely, after 1 hour really opened up. Wish I had more!

Tasting really good right now !! A perfect cork after a decade in the bottle. Consumed over two days. Popped and poured this balanced wine, it opened up quickly. On day two the fruit was still fresh, this elegant balanced wine had softened to reveal increased depth and integrated complexity. Dark red color with little to no oxidation, clarity medium, unfined, and unfiltered. Aromas of bing cherry and raspberry. Flavors of black cherry cola, raspberry framboise, and leather. This Syrah …

Corked

A good wine, but at the end of its drinking window. Nice dark fruit and black pepper nose, but flavor is a bit subdued. Stewed fruit on the finish.

A bold and honest wine. Berries at the beginning that evolves into dark fruits. Smooth tannins at the beginning but got rougher after an hour or so. For me, this is the kind of wine that I'd gladly drink with a group of friends - wine lovers or not, as it is easy to drink and enjoy and is not very complicated. Great value for money!

Big and bold, kinda jammy. With some air though it seems to lose some complexity? Don't know but it still is quite enjoyable.

Dorks, blind tasting. Big wine with stewed tomatoes, nori, and iodine. To the mild distress of it's bringer, obviously new world with ripeness and big tannins. Just eh right now but will likely age into something more interesting.
