On nose: notes of minerals and faint white florals. On palate: above flavour notes enhanced, in addition to green mango, lemon pith and a ghost of green herbs....still very young, but with a sleek backbone of acidity....should flesh out with bottle age.

Clear light yellow. Fairly intense stone fruit, wet stone and citrus nose. Dry lemon lime flavours and a slightly rich finish. Very nice and fairly obviously a Graves from a warm vintage.

Paired exellent with Beaufourt Alpage and Comté. Bright yellow color. Good balanced wine with a nice subtle sweetness at the end - yes, perfect with hard mature cheeses.

This was lovely the first day, but even better the following day. It seemed a bit on the thin side at first, but was fine. Clearly a sauvignon blanc.

Vinik "outlet" tasting : Textbook white bordeaux with a pure and lovely vanilla pear/white peach nose, some semillon richness, not dominated by neither sauvignon blanc nor oak. Refreshing and uplifting taste with good acidity and fruitiness. Easy to use as an apéritif, or with lighter fish courses. Made from ecologically grown grapes. 50% sauvignon blanc, 30% sémillon, 20% muscadelle.
