100% Column disitllation, 8 years in Bourbon casks in Trinidad, 4 years in Cognac casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Quite a restrained style, woody and volatile but not very communicative, spicy sweetness, coffee, cardamom, nice balance, good length. Nothing off but one-dimensional.
