Drinking beautifully. Nice balance and elegance. Lemons, lemon pith, ripe apples, touch of caramel and pineapple. Nice mousse, but it does disappear although the fizziness does last.

Aroma of pineapple and apple cider. Strong flavors of pineapple and apple, with a slight taste of butter. Delicate mousse. A wonderful celebration champagne.

While I try to buy my fair share of vintage champagne, I do not drink a ton of it since I tend to age vintage bubbles as I love the slightly oxidized, sherried characteristics that older Champers develops. A sparkling light golden hay colour. A soft creamy delicious mousse. Aromas show soft lemony/apple with a nice soft brioche and minerality. Soft caramel aromas show later when it starts to warm up. Flavors repeat. Beautiful champagne. Really enjoying the softness, the roundness. Good acidity but well integrated into the wine. Not bracing or taking over.
