In some ways, rating this is just for the record as there is no wine to be found. This is the first vintage of the CdNV by Camille and Matt. Made with no running water or electricity in the garage, it was made with passion and with no certainty where it would go. Although I've tasted Camille Thiriet's wines numerous times, this is the first bottle I have watched unfold over the course of an evening. This starts out with very bright and precocious black cherry and berry aromas and flavors that seemed fun, but simple. Obviously very young, this wine kept changing all night.
