Organic and biodynamic viticulture. A blend of Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, briefly macerated and partially fermented on the skins and aged for nine months in neutral wood, bottled unfined and unfiltered and without addition of sulphite. Pale lemon green in the glass. Aromas of yellow apple, green apple, citrus fruit. That's pretty much it. Palate once again tastes diluted and way too simple to justify this price range. Another overpriced, overhyped edition to the natural wine scene.

Very light. Over priced but nice marketing. Would not buy again.
