This wine reminds me, every time I drink it, of how crazy it is that chardonnay can taste like this, too. It's not like many other CA, OR or Burgundies I've had - there's a level of complexity and length that's really elegant and satisfying. I hope I can find the fortitude to let these age a bit, as it does taste young.
