Dirler-Cade Gewurztraminer Kessler Vendanges Tardives

Coravined a small glass of this with a piece of Minger (a Scottish washed rind cheese which was excellent…those familiar with Scottish vernacular will get the name!). Delicious…yes it’s sweet, but not cloying, lovely bouquet, ripe fruit lifted by a haunting floral fragrance too…not as heavy as many VT I’ve had. Just right with the cheese, and much more typical than the 2015 Kessler Riesling was. Ready now, but will get better I suspect.
