Interesting expression of Loire Sauvignon Blanc, as it spends some time in mostly neutral oak, which imparts a honeycomb-like texture. It starts out slowly but gains depth and range from attack to finish.

Pop and pour. Purchased off the list (lunch) at the Wolf restaurant in Oakland. The restaurant opened within the last two months and we have been meaning to give it a go.
