Bouchard Pere et Fils Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières

Ex-cellar Bouchard dinner at Ki-sho. Drank alongside the 1955 Folatieres. This was fantastic in its own right, but just a step behind the 1955. The similarities were clear - this was extremely fresh, clean and elegant with a complex nose of nutmeg, minerals, olive oil, yuzu, pomelo, coconut water, pineapple and peach.
