Bought another bottle of this somehow by accident. Similar opinon. Over ripened to 27 brix (and looks like a water and an acid add) this new world style GB fails to express what GB can accomplish with more attention. muted nose of white peach, alcohol decent front palate, picks up heat on finish, especially as it warms. Lusher fruit front, mid palate, ripe pear, hint of apple. drink very chilled, don't cellar age.

A poor display of Grenache Blanc in my opinion, a varietal I buy, drink, explore often. This is wine varietal known for brightness and acidity, and instead this is flabby. slightly sweet. If you are a grenache blanc fan this will disappoint and if you are new to this varietal, don't judge this as a standard GB. Degrades 2nd day. Pair with spicy food.

Unique wine. Well rounded. A bit flabby as a food pairing, but a decent "cocktail wine" and more interesting than the usual stuff off the shelf.
