Taste: nice fruit, with a flavour underneath, that is hard to define, like creaminess. OK Acidity, some freshness. Not bad, not very impressive either. 82-83.

Nose: clear pear. Taste: pear, also melon with citrus. Vivid and fresh. (Not a good match with the baked plaice we had with it at the first day: the salt in the fish didn’t fit to the wine). 82.
