Like an old friend, as soon as you tasted it you remembered all the good old times you had together over the years! High fill level, cork in excellent condition, wine took a few minutes to open up but then it was all smooth, mature, balanced. The finish was equally outstanding. It was the bottle everyone went back to and asked for more. Well done. I wish they still made wines like this in Napa.
