Medium to full body, bricks red color (lost color as cause of age), red berries and pepper aroma, cherry and minerals on the palate, red fruits on finish, medium long finish, nice acidity, still tannic, balanced and structured, food friendly. Well drinking with grilled chicken and Mediterranean salad. Serve 20º - 22º. Post matured, but still enjoyable now. Drink up.
