Bought for mixing but before doing so... Palest lemon colour. Pleasant, spritzy, sweet lime and white grape nose. Clean as a whistle, higher acidity than expected, faintly musky. Tangy greengage. Textbook prosecco, albeit less sweet than some. Not my thing, but fine for its type. [Cork + cage; 11% abv; Scotmid/Co-op, ~£7].
