Bodega El Porvenir de Cafayate Torrontés Amauta Absoluto

Medium straw color. Nice floral notes, citrus, and peaches on the nose, with just a hint of grassy/herbal notes. On the palate it's mostly citrus with melon, nice minerality and some of the floral notes carry through. Medium body, medium plus acidity, medium finish. Haven't tried enough Torrontes to say how it compares to typical, but very enjoyable. Very good on its own and stood up to some spicy food.
