Tasted over 2 hrs -saturated med dark red no bricking -fragrant dark berry tar iodine -med/med- acidity gives just enough energy, med weight fading dark berry mineral reduction, med/med- chalky tannins -while starting to decline this is really quite nice without being overly ripe/hot/sweet, decent evolution over 7 years but its sweet spot was probably about 2-3 years ago

Disappointed in this one, not sure if this was an off bottle or if the fruit has faded to the point that the alcohol has taken oven. This was a hot mess with nothing similar to previous bottles.

PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs -opaque deep dark red -moderately aromatic grenache/kirsch, floral -med acidity, med weight and concentration, some earthy elements mingle with subtle red fruit and licorice, bitters, med/med+ chalky tannins -pleasant though a bit disappointing for the vintage, could use a little time to mellow the tannins but may lose some charm as the fruit fades further

Dark red with a purple center...almost inky. It had aroma's and flavors of dark berries, spice and some oak. It is Rich with dark fruit flavors. It finished long and dry. I will decant the next one for several hours to mellow it a little. It needs to be paired with rich food such as beef stew or short ribs.

Beautiful cherries, earth, and herbs on the nose. Great dark cherry and boysenberry fruit with nice complemented wood and spices. Very well balanced with a great finish. Good value.

Dark red with a purple center; aroma's of black fruit and oak; balanced with some resin/toast flavors...needs to significantly decant or mature for a year. The next day it was much smoother with more berries in the nose. I will try the next bottle in 6 months with a long decant....could be an 88 at that point
