The last of 3 purchased the at winery. Now at its 20th birthday still holding its own quite well. All the nuances of an aged Bordeaux. Great color, no signs of age on the rim. Beautiful nose of dark berries and cassis. Fruit has held up well with no indication of raisining or reduction. Bravo

Opened my only bottle last night, rewarded immediately with a beautiful nose. Consumed over 90 min with friends. Pure red/blue perfume/fruit mixed with just the right earthiness, spice and cedar. A full bodied purple beauty from start to finish. A wine you savor and enjoy in slow powerful sips. Great with crackers/cheeses. If I'd had any Londonbroil and spicy mustard, I might have died and gone to heaven......a small amount of very fine sediment in the bottom of the glass, …

Passionne was my introduction to Fleury Estate. 50% cab with the remainder being syrah, petite sirah, malbec and Cabernet Franc. Small place and small production, they are in the process of building a new facility including tasting room on property. Nice allspice and hard candy bouquet with some cherry liqueur. Good acid and decent finish. Liked the Le Fleur 29 cab better

...a fat and sexy CA blend... accessed with Coravin, my new best friend...nose/palate consistent with prior notes but there is something exciting about this blend that I had forgotten and it's not just its name...thankfully purchased a case on release several years ago for ~$85/b...Brian is now getting $150 for this flagship wine and good for him as he was one of the most gracious, interesting and passionate hosts during our 2007 trip...curious how more recent vintages fare as well …

at it's prime...ruby and somewhat opaque...predominately ripe plum nose with tobacco, oak and strawberry notes...delicious black cherry earthy palate with soft tannins and well balanced acidity...long finish...initially classic napa fruit forward but finishes soft like a good bordeaux

Taste from Brian Fleury at Chicago Cut. Nice wine. Really steep on the price but I can see where the potential is. This is elegant and done is a Bordeaux style. Lots of earth, more under-toned fruit and cigar box.

Drank with Kirk and Rachelle to celebrate our year. strong nose with great berries and chocolate. Great finish and smooth linger on the tongue. Save the rest for at least five years. still young but bold.

Decanted 1 hour. Full body. Super rich and dense with a deep background of round tannins. Bright sweet red fruits on the surface. Very long smooth finish. Reminded me of the Pride Reserve cabernet with the bright yet viscous/mouthcoating combination.
