Beside the Ross Hill, there's clearly more intensity and a lovely funky edge, more interesting fruit too (hints of pineapple). The palate is only slightly weightier than the Ross Hill, with a little butter.

Delicious as always. Stinky cheese, lemon, melon, cultured butter, hint of green, honey, well intregrated. Sweet-sour balance, minerally. Great
