Cantina Giardino T'ara ra' Campania IGT

Cloudy orange color. Aromas of tart nectarine, hibiscus flowers, turned earth and white pepper. Sour unripe stone fruit on the palate, some secondary complexity consistent with the nose. High acid, fleshy texture throughout. Pithy and bitter on the finish. Flavors very reminiscent of a sour beer. Uncompromising, kind of like listening to Alex Chilton's 'Like Flies on Sherbert.'
