Little Giant Chardonnay

Opened this at home to celebrate the end of the examination season with my family and my sister-in-law. We had claypot rice, pork trotter bee hoon, five spices roll, har cheng chicken, green thai chicken curry, and tom yam goong. Bright gold in colour. Notes of fresh pear, green apples, citrus fruits and a touch of toasty oak. The wine was slightly overpowering, taming the food. For a better outcome, pair it with food with heavier flavours.
