Pieve Santa Restituta (Gaja) Brunello di Montalcino Riserva

This is my all time favorite brunello. THIS IS SUGARILLE. Amazing. Deep deep red. Bursting nose of berries and soft fruits. Big upfront fruit. Ample tannins. Bottle was opened 90 minutes before pour. Excellent, but could have use a 3 hour decant. Has minimum 5 years, more likely 10.
