12x Champagne (Various) : Tasted double blind. I don’t have much experience with Meunier, but this was quite solid, although missing a bit of dosage and with some green notes. TN: A bit muted on the nose. Better on the palate with white and yellow fruit, but some greener notes too. Relatively elegant and harmonious overall.

100% Pinot Noir, disgorged April 2024. Very much red fruited. Chalky and loaded with saline mineral things. Full, layered, creamy and long. User friendly.

Complex aromatics of chalk, preserved lemon, baked apple and brioche. Full, rich, layered and deep. Great mineral tension and drive. Fine bead and creamy mousse. Very classy, very persistent.

From the 2015 harvest, disgorged April 2024. A nose of fresh baked bread, yeast extract and delicate red berries. The palate is full and rich, but light on its feet. There's plenty of chalky mineral and a big squeeze of lemon to the finish. Dry, engaging and refreshing.
