A great Napa Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Brought back nice memories of tasting this in their tasting trailer on Spring Mountain 8 years ago. We think this is at a nice age now with the flavors balanced and tannins integrated. The smooth finish is a little short, knocking our rating down some. Was wonderful with our grilled skirt steak.

Wine is drinking really nice. Compared with a 2012 and the 11 tasted much younger and vibrant. Both had two hour decant and 12 took extra time to open. The group of 11 voted and the 11 was favored by 6, and 12 got 5 votes. Just emphasizes that each palate is different. I preferred the 11 in nose, finish
