Vadiaperti Fiano di Avellino

Youthful, light yellow-golden colour. All smoked makarel with a dash of citrus and a mild spice component. Lively acidity and good persistence. Weird flavour profile, very different, but fairly balanced and intriguing in its own way. Amazingly youthful, had never guessed that this was 25 years old!
