This still drinks very well. (Granted, I've had this wine well cellared.) I didn't believe it was jammy as others have said. It paired wonderfully with our steaks last night. I'm looking forward to opening our 3 other bottles.

Still very nice, though no longer quite as impressive as I recall it (from three years ago!). Blackberries, but more burnished -- more fruit than jam, I guess.

Garnet color. Tobacco and restrained fruit on the nose. Palate: delightful balance, good strong character with subtle fruits, alcohol. A very nice Syrah.

Inky purple with great legs. Lots of raspberry/blueberry on the nose. Palate shows berries with floral notes. Very complex, interesting and wonderful. This is a delightful Syrah.
