Stonewall Estates Rosé Brut

Medium salmon pink colour. Medium mousse. Mild berry aroma. Very dry with tart berry and citrus taste. Great as an aperitif and paired well with potato chips. First tasted at winery with Discovery Pass pairing of fried chicken sandwich and that worked quite well also.
