Tastes pretty young, color not advanced at all. Petrol and limey citrus aromas. Dry on the palate, lemony, mid/light weight.

This is a nice focused Riesling, with light flinty-limestone-mineral notes, Tons of crisp apple, touch of manderine-orange in a medium-full body. I love the steely crisp apple skin finish, and just a hint of light sweetness. The age adds a touch of complexity to this too. Very nice, and great price.

Return to terroir - Biodynamic tasting event (Oslo) : A fresh, young riesling. Fruit and flowers. Nice acidity. Will go well with sushi. Good wine.

Had at fleur de lys with the salmon course. Don't have much of a riesling point of reference, but I liked it alot, very clean.
