Difficile d’identifier le cépage à l’aveugle. Floral au nez, belle fraîcheur en bouche, un vin avec peu de rondeur et de gras pour moi, l’acidité est la, bien aimé pour l’originalité. 90-91

Lunch GVDMQS du 23 mai 2025 (Restaurant Bagatelle) : Un nez discret, iodé, avec une bouche qui fait très Muscadet (Michel a eu la même idée). C'est agréable et facile à boire, avec une jolie texture et une petite amertume en finale qui ne me déplait pas. Un vin pur et original qui jusqu'à la fin me rappellera les beaux Muscadets de la Loire. Très bien. 91 pts

Delicious! Honeydew on the nose. Nice stone fruit and slate on palate. Great acidity to go with the fruit. Very tasty. Went very well with salmon. I will definitely seek this out.

From the wine list at Gramercy Tavern (post Thanksgiving lunch). One of our new favorite producers. This was our first time with the Ronco della Chiesa and it was delicious. A bit less lean than the Studio Bianco we had earlier this week. This had a nice weighty mouthfeel and a long finish, minerals and stone fruit. 开瓶即饮，淡金黄色酒体，闻香有椴树花、金银花和杏的香气，还有一点酒泥接触的面粉团气息，入口酸度中高，收口甜美，有一些矿物感，成熟的水蜜桃和杏一类的香气，伴随着椴树花一类的植物气息，口感非常纯净，收尾微苦，有一些辛辣感，余味非常漂亮，是梨和冰糖的香味，余韵悠长。随着醒酒时间的增长，酒多了一些芝麻的香气，漂亮的集中度和清晰的结构感，如水晶般清澈。感觉现在喝稍微早了点，状态有点紧，这支酒并非为早饮而生，还好留了一支，十分期待它陈年后的表现。
