Was ok. Not the most impressive Cab Franc out there

This was quite good. Light purple in the glass, nose was deep red fruit and spice. The palate was an interesting mix of the fruit, the usual vegetal aspect of CF (though muted), and a fun, incense-spice kind of thing in the back ground. True to type? Eh, but it was tasty and went well with chicken.
