Heitlinger Pinot Blanc

Pale lemon color. Fresh, rich nose with pronounced yellow apple aromas, supported by herbal and lemony citrus nuances. Balanced, broad and fruit-forward palate with flavors of apricot, some herbs and a little stony minerality. The 5g/l of RS are nicely cleaned out by the acidity. The wine isn't really light nor elegant, but neither it is heavy or clumsy. Something not unlike unoaked Chardonnay. Fruity and slightly spicy finish with a hint of alcohol (13,5%) warmth.
