Further to May 31, '25: latest of 2-3b since then. Consistent notes: medium gold, fragrant mature white fruits, bit of oak, good mouthfeel. Still holds at least a day with vacuvin. Solid Notable+.

Further to Nov. 13, '24: Bought another handfull during spring 20%-off sale. Taken as a byo to a better local restaurant with pricey, very local wine list--and USD 15/b corkage. Overall, consistent notes, but detecting more fruit/subtle oak on the nose. Shared some with our server and then left the rest of the bottle for her and small staff (regular practice for us when we do byo). Certainly not for long keeping but should enjoy over the next year or …

Test bottle from GO for USD 5 and then bought 4b more; this is #1. Light gold; reticent white fruit nose, more on the palate, good mouthfeel--all improved after 24h, 48h under vacuvin. Since purchase, passive ground floor subterranean storage built into a hillside. Quality/age/price: Notable.
