Light straw color with no visible hue. The nose is a tad shy, with main aromas on the floral side with a touch of pear. Faint lemon flavors on the palate, with the pear and floral tones confirmed. The finish (M) is carried by a lemon backbone, a refreshing (M) acidity and a small touch of bitterness. A prosecco above the average that can be enjoyed all summer long.

Italian Wine Essentials Class at The Texas Wine School. Clear, bright pale straw with a green hue. The nose is fresh, youthful, w/ apple, pear, white peach & honeysuckle. The palate is on the dry side for a Brut Prosecco, with 8g/L of RS, which is nicely balanced by the medium (+) to high acidity. Fresh & lively, w/ medium (-) alcohol (11.5%) and a palate-cleansing touch of phenolic bitterness on the medium finish. A great value in the low …

About as good as it gets in the world of Prosecco for me. 8g/l, dry style with delicious fine floral notes and green tree fruit, lots of strong bubbles.

Quest to complete my tasting of all DOCG of Italy; 6/5/2020-8/31/2020 (Home in NL and holiday home in Maremma / Italy) : Very pale yellow. Light green apple and jasmine aromas with a hint of bread doe. Medium acidity with some tart notes and apple. The finish is initially fresh but has a slight bitter twist to it. I see this as a pretty good example of a classic Prosecco with its light and fresh aroma's and enough acidity to …

Clear, bright pale straw with a green hue. The nose is fresh, youthful, with apple, pear and white flowers. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity and medium (-) alcohol (11.%). This bottling seemed to have slightly less flavor intensity than previous years and the phenolic bitterness on the finish was a little more noticeable. Better options are available in the $20-$25 range. Drink now, not intended for aging.

Ripe fruit, pears and apples, crisp and brisk but the finish was somewhat bitter and a bit of a letdown.

4thWednesdays - Beyond the Bubble - Dec 2017 (Texas Wine School, Houston, Tx) : Tasted Blind A: Pale leon green N: Orange flowers, apple, white peach, medium intensity and youthful P: Dry, medium (+) acid, medium body, medium (+) intensity and a decent finish. C: Drink young and Good Quality wine. I didn't spot this is a prosecco at all. The fruit seemed more ripe and the stone fruit was unusual. I liked it. $26/bottle

Very pale straw, dry, high acidity, low alcohol @11.5% abv, medium(-) body. Pear, apple, yellow plum. Soft mousse, that collapses quickly as per Prosecco. Good length fresh finish with residual sugar sweetness. Definitely a classy Prosecco.

Last bottle of this order. Very enjoyable prosecco. Kudos to Paul at Full Pull for tracking this down and making it available at a fair price. Hope to reorder next year.

This is a Brut, so it is very dry. Very fine mousse. Mostly citrus (grapefruit) flavors. Very elegant and balanced. A cut above your typical, bulk Prosecco from the plains.

One of the best examples of Prosecco that I have had. Nice and fruity but delicate and dry. 2 glasses as is, and then made Bellini's out of the last two glasses. So refreshing. Consumed after a rain storm and this wine took the humidity out of the air. I scored it high because it is one of the best examples of this wine that I have had. There are so many crappy Prosecco's out there, that folks need to …

Dinner chez Bisty (Brussels) : Light yellow colour. Flowery, perfumed nose, notes of apple. Rather simple nose. On the palate good acidity, green apple, rather simple in style. 84-85 p.
