Chateau Palais Cardinal, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Decanting this one is tricky. Lots of silty sediment. Had to let it sit for 24hrs then double decant it. After 2 hours it just started to open up. At first there was a typical damp earth nose with dusty tannin palate. I recommend at least 4 hours. This wine has a long life ahead of it.
