N: Zesty lemon, Yeast T: Finely grained bubbles. Blood orange and lemon finishes with Biscuit. Crisp acidity and minerality to fill in between. F: Oysters, Clam Chowder, and Fish and Chips S: Well-made Champagne for $30 (K&L). Bright and yeasty champagne that cuts through fat of fish and chips with tartar sauce. It was a perfect pairing.
