A Weekend in Excess; 1/20/2012-1/21/2012 (Trondheim, Norway) : Golden, high viscosity; mature yellow apples, some sweetness, light apricot; similar in the mouth, a bit short, good acidity, on its way down – still a pretty drink.

33 Rieslings, from sparkling to TBA (Trondheim Norway) : Pipetobacco, camphor and blue cheese on the nose. Spectacular nose. In the mouth it has a nice grip and is not as tired as I expected. A nice bottle.
