Cantine Sacchetto Prosecco di Conegliano

Small amount of green fruit on the nose but not much. The bubbles are light and fluffy like a freshly whipped mouse. The flavours are also light but there is definite pear and a hint of apple with a finish of natural yoghurt! This is a really pleasant sparkling wine and somewhat of an eye opener for me.
