It tasted over ripe from the hot vintage. I was disappointed. Had some fruit and fragrance. Perhaps my tastes are changing as I’ve tasted few wines recently that please. I normally love Tollot Beaut.

Verkostet im Rahmen des Heiligabend-Dinners mit Bea, Victoria und Martin im Baur au Lac: Vom Bouquet her der Wein des Abends: Wirklich feine Nase, komplex, fast berauschend und klassisch. Ich hätte mich den ganzen Abend darin verlieren koennen... Auf dem Gaumen fehlten ein bisschen die Facetten, der Wein war rund und gefällig aber irgendetwas hat gefehlt nach der berauschenden "Ankuendigung" durch das Bouquet...

Powerful nose of fresh fruit yard and summer flowers. Bright red fruit, cherries, peach, strawberry and spicy woody notes beneath. Long and bright finish. Feels very young.
