Light ruby color. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, leather, mushroom, black tea, and iodine. juicy and tart red fruit on entry, very earthy in the mid-palate and finish. Medium-light bodied and texturally a bit thin.

Le Langhe 2019; 10/26/2019-11/1/2019 (Le Langhe, Piedmont, Italy) : Relatively light Barbera. Red fruit, cherry and blackberry, a touch of tannin, good refreshing acid. Comes up quite short at the finish.
