rose/rhubarb colour; super clear and shiny. nose: tart - red currants, wild strawberries, unripe strawberries; some candy sweetness plus marshmallows. taste: high acid balancing R.S.; ripe strawberries, ripe raspberries, rhubarb with sugar and crumble; some red and black cherries; long finish; very good structure and balance. This kind of off-dry I like.
