Ciccone Vineyard & Winery Cabernet Franc Rosé

Made in a slightly sweet, easy on the palate style. The color is as rich and dark magenta as any rose I have ever seen. The nose smells like red pop with some acid thrown in. The sweetness brings a fairly viscous mouth feel. Surprising bright, fresh strawberry and red raspberry fruit. Served this at refrigerator temperature, which was a mistake. Opens up and especially shows more balancing acid as it warms in the glass. Fades a bit toward the …
