High-toned cherries and smoke on the nose lead to a contrasting creamy, meaty, chocolate-y midpalate followed by grainy tannins on the spicy (ginger and clove) finish which becomes taut again. Bouyed by vibrant acidity throughout. There's a lot going on here.
