A private lunch (Restaurant Nathan Outlaw **, Port Isaac, UK) : Really crisp and tight, bracing acidity (circa 9 gr/l), balanced by highish dosage (12 gr/l), tart citrus and a mélange of herbs and flowers, nice hint of honey on the palate, very good length. If the 2009 is something to go by, this will improve further with another few years in bottle.
