Dry, crisp, and a little tart New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Grass, lemon, grapefruit and soft floral notes. Refreshing on a summer day!

Classic acidic new Zealand cat piss...strong nose and not a bad one at that. Fairly one dimensional tart lemon grass taste.

The wine has medium acidity. It smells like cool/menthol, grapefruit, mint, ethyl acetate, stoniness and stoniness. The body is medium. The wine finishes medium. It tastes like grapefruit, mineral and mint. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. The wine has bright texture.

Dry, white wine, color of medium straw, transparent with no bubbles or sediment. Very grassy nose with notes of honeysuckle and wet stone. Average viscosity, above average acidity. Strong palette of green apples, raw green beans, asparagus, faint notes of black currant bud. Long finish of lemon and grass.
