Very solid and typicla profile of German Riesling, with lots of piercing lemon acitiy and freshness. Good depth and a streak of minerality.

Pale lemon. Fairly light citrus, green apple nose. Crisp, pure, high acid. Herbaceous, apple, gooseberry palate with a touch of salinity. 13% abv. Very good wine. (Seems that this was a single bottle in a mixed Californian case-will try to source some more!)
