This wine is in a great drinking window right now, and being under screw cap, I don't see it fading any time soon. It has a quite intense aroma, yet restraint at the same time. It looks very Burgundian in style and structure, with the flavour itself bringing it back to these shores. Delicious mid palate with savoury red berry notes yet quite generous and supple on the long lasting and elegant finish. A superb effort.

Nice color evolving already. Beautiful complex nose. Meaty. Could be a Burgundy from a lesser vintage. Great length and smooth tanins. Long and balanced. Nothing New World in this wine! Keeps evolving in the evening. Imperative to drink at 19-21 degrees celsius. Wish I had more in the cellar !

GT Wine Top Tasting Victorian Pinot Noir (Sydney) : Colour: Ruby, medium minus intensity, clear, legs Nose: Green - pyrazine over red berry. Some perfume and sweet spice. Mouth: Medium plus smooth tannin, red fruit but dull and hot on the medium finish.
