Pale yellow. Gorgeous nose with grapefruit, apricot, apple and pear as well as botrytised honey and orange notes buried underneath. All this obvious sweetness is perfectly balanced on palate by vibrant acidity with a sparkling mineral water quality to it. Excellent now but will develop further.

Light lemon color. Bright nose of pear, ripe apple, honey and a touch of caraway. Full bodied and semi-sweet on the palate with just enough spiky acidity to make it interesting. Good dessert wine selection.

Light color, some gas release in the glass (CO2?). Nose has very distinct petrol notes, overwhelming in the sense that the fading fruit is no longer there to balance them. Rather simple in the mouth, linear, finish ends abruptly. Bof
