Jones Winery Marsanne

Nose of lime leaf, ginger, and honey. Palate is medium-bodied and slightly oily, with mild flavours of spring onion and coriander seed over a background of honey. The mouthfeel has changed since I tasted this in 2020 (powdery then, oily now), but it remains an easy-drinking wine with mild flavour.

Possibly past best. Honey, almond, struck match, but lovely texture

Chalky nose, with hints of lavender, lemongrass, and basil. Soft, powdery mouthfeel, with crunchy acidity and mild flavours of apple, pandan, and lime. An easy-drinking wine with a nice texture.
