Domaine Rossignol Trapet Latricières-Chambertin

Decanted over 36 hours, was incredibly tannic until after about 9 hours at which point it became drinkable and was probably at its best at that point. This was ever changing which was very fun. At various times had notes of red cherry, black cherry, raspberry, cranberry, sous-boi, some vanilla, some funk, once tannins receded it had a nice silky mouthfeel, nice acidity, long finish.
