Friday evening in Singapore - time to pop a bottle. Medium gold Color. Pineapple, abricot, peach, a light buttery and peppery note. Med acidity, Med body, Med alcohol, Med flavor intensity, Med finish. Very nice balance of fruit, body and structure. I love how the fruit is uplifted by the buttery notes without losing its freshness. There is also this lingering smokiness. It s like a Chardonnay at 1/3 of the price.
